Search Tips In general, keep your criteria simple. The more fields you search by, the fewer properties will be returned. You do not have to fill out every field. To enter multiple choices in a field; for example, to search for properties in 6 cities, click on the first city with the mouse, then hold down the Control key ("Ctrl" on most keyboards) to pick additional cities. If you don't have a newer browser, don't use commas, decimals, or dollar signs in the price fields when searching. Also, make sure to enter complete prices, such as 150000, not 150, to specify $150,000.

Logon Difficulties If you are experiencing logon difficulties, cookies may be disabled in your browser. For example, being asked repeatedly to logon. Cookies allow the system to recognize you as a registered member, but no personal information is being captured. Cookies can be enabled in Internet Explorer in 'Internet Options' and in Netscape in 'Preferences'. If you have registered, but don't remember your logon ID or password, click here.
